Flue Gas Treatment Project for Sichuan XX Glass Company's Oxygen-Fuel Glass Furnaces (Lines 1, 2 & 4)
The oxygen-fuel glass furnace flue gas exhibits challenging characteristics including high NOx concentration, elevated fluoride levels, high viscosity, and significant moisture content. Conventional environmental technologies failed to ensure system reliability or emission compliance.
After extensive research and pilot testing, Zhongtian Well implemented its CeraCAT series WK-POWFRAX solution, featuring:
✅ High-temperature ceramic fiber filter tubes for simultaneous dust removal, desulfurization, and defluorination
✅ Medium-temperature SCR denitrification
Key Achievements:
✔ Full emission compliance meeting stringent standards
✔ Solved chronic flue clogging caused by molten fly ash – extended cleaning intervals from every 2 days to 20-30 days
✔ Ensured system reliability and stable operation
This project represents China's first application of integrated ceramic technology in oxygen-fuel glass furnace flue gas treatment.
